Deyin Zhang

Deyin Zhang is currently a joint PhD student at King's College London, a PhD student at Zhejiang University's School of Computer Science (China), and an outstanding undergraduate alumnus of Chongqing University (China). Deyin Zhang has awarded 2024 China Design Industry Top 100, the first time as a student to win the Top 10 Design Rising Stars (2024), China's first batch of intermediate user experience designers (2021), China's IDC ‘WUWEI’ Young Creative Talent (2023), China National Scholarship, Tencent Scholarship, Jiang Zhen Scholarship, Provincial Self-Reliance Advanced Individuals. Deyin Zhang’s main research areas are product innovation and user experience innovation, interface design and development, and large language model assisted design research, etc. He has published 15 papers and academic monographs. He has published 15 papers, 2 academic monographs and 1 national first-class undergraduate textbook. Deyin Zhang’s 4 works have been exhibited in international famous design exhibitions/weeks; won 28 famous design awards (including 19 first author awards), including German Red Dot Award, Italian A Design Award, European Product Design Award, American New Concept Art Design Award Gold Award, China Design Intelligence Award; participated in a number of national projects and enterprise innovation and design projects as a core member; won 5 national patents, and 2 personal design works have been collected by the Academy. 2 personal design works are collected by the school of arts. In the past 3 years, Deyin Zhang has won design honours in international arenas such as the World Industrial Design Conference (WIDC) and the China Industrial Design Week. 5 times he has lectured or released his innovative design achievements in the International Industry-University-Research Cooperation Conference, the 15th China Industrial Design Week and other occasions.

Constantinos Yanniotis graduated from the School of Architecture NTUA in 2011, following his studies of Mechanical & Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Patras (2003). Since then, he has been practicing as an Architect at the Yanniotis & Associates Architectural Bureau, having an expertise in Inclusive Design. In its long-lasting activity, the Bureau has completed a significant number of projects – of both small and large scale – in various fields of building design and urban planning (residential buildings, office spaces, industrial buildings, tourist facilities, golf resorts & sports centres, culture, restoration and reformation of listed historical buildings, urban planning, decorating, special designs etc). Facing towards the new challenges, contemporary design account for Inclusive Design practices, Sustainable Energy Technologies and Integrated IT Services.

I am convinced that the rescue of abandoned buildings in the city is a determining factor to improve public space and change according to the citizens who live around it. My greatest achievement has been to integrate the public space with my designs, giving the city a value improves the quality of life of the citizen.

Inca Hernández is an emerging architect and founder of Inca Hernandez Atelier, a practice that intertwines architecture, research, and art direction across diverse cultural contexts in Mexico, Portugal, Venezuela, Italy, the UAE, and Denmark. Early collaborations with Tadao Ando (Pritzker, 1995) and Álvaro Siza (Pritzker, 1992) for the Casa Wabi Foundation enriched his understanding of architecture as both a reflection of memory and a projection of community, cultivating a philosophy rooted in heritage, collective identity, and the transformative power of time. His work conceives architecture as a dialogue between past and future, where ruins, traditions, and artisanal techniques are not static remnants but living forces that inspire innovation and a sense of belonging. Guided by a search for timelessness, his projects highlight the qualities of place, weaving social and cultural narratives into spaces that strengthen community and foster continuity across generations. Internationally awarded and published, Hernández has been recognized with the Architecture MasterPrize, A’ Design Award & Competition, International Design Awards, LOOP Design Awards, the Baku Biennial, The Plan’s Architects of Tomorrow, the Dedalo Minosse Award in Vicenza, and the International Architecture Awards in Athens. In 2025, he was selected among the winners of the WAF 40 Under 40 North America by World Architecture Festival and The Architect's Newspaper, celebrating the new generation of architects shaping the future of the built environment. In 2026, his practice, Inca Hernandez Atelier, received The Architect's Newspaper Best of Practice Award in the Architect (New Firm) – Mexico category.
